Unable to receive notification on Samsung phone?

If your phone cannot receive notifications. Try the following steps and restart your phone:

Make sure that your phone is connected to network.

Check the settings of your phone.

Use Samsung S9(Android 8.0) as example：

1. Go to Settings -- Notification -- Enable Letstalk.

2. Press on menu button -- click on overflow menu -- Lock apps -- Click on the lock icon on Letstalk.

3. Go to Settings -- Device maintenance -- Batttery -- Unmonitored apps -- Add apps -- Select Letstalk.

4. Go to Settings -- Device care -- Memory -- click on overflow menu (Click on Apps that aren't checked) -- Add -- Select Letstalk.
