Unable to receive notification on Huawei phone?

If your phone cannot receive notifications. Try the following steps and restart your phone:

Make sure that your phone is connected to network.

Check the settings of your phone.

Use Huawei p20 Pro(Android 8.1) as example：

1. Go to Setting -- App & notifications -- Notifications management -- Letstalk -- Allow notifications.

2. Go to Setting -- Battery -- App launch -- Letstalk -- Manage manually -- Enable Auto-launch, Secondary launch, Run in background.

3. Click on menu button -- Letstalk -- Click on the lock icon.
