Unable to receive notification on Vivo phone?

If your phone cannot receive notifications. Try the following steps and restart your phone:

Make sure that your phone is connected to network.

Check the settings of your phone.

Use Vivo X21(Android 8.0) as example：

1. Go to Settings -- Status bar and notificaton -- Manage notification -- Letstalk -- Allow notifications.

2. Go to Settings -- Battery -- High background power consumption -- Letstalk -- Enable Letstalk.

3. Go to iManager App -- Permission management -- Autostart -- Enable Letstalk.
